    Monolith Query

Just a quick question that we have...

    Re: the Power Matrix:

If you are wanted to teleport a unit, are you allowed to measure to see if the unit is within range for teleport? Or does it happen in the way that night fighting does; you declare the teleport, measure it, and if it's not in range, then you completely lose usage of the power matrix?

    Thanks

Although I can't quote any official sources my take on it would be that if you declare that you are using the portal then you forfeit the use of the partical whip regardless of whether the intended unit is within range. Also you can't pre-measure it either, that I do know.

No, becasue the whip is a ordanance weapon. After you fire a ORD weapon, you can't do anything. It's in the BGB
Dreams give us a vision of a world unlike any we have seen. They present us with a glimpse of a better life; a goal to aspire to, and in the face of insurmountable odds, they provide us with the power to overcome, to live on, and to succeed where we would have otherwise failed.
