Welcome to Librarium Online!
im having problems with a certain fight i keep trying its me with 3000 points of nids against 1500 points of ig and 1500 points if marines and i just can't win i was wonderin if anyone can give me advice i have loads of nids but no fast attack the ig player relies on tanks like basalisk and hellhound to win and marine player relies on terminators, dreadnaughts and predator to win advice would be apreciated thanks
Are you using 1 3,000 point list (one use of the "army list chart") or 2 1,500 point lists? Are your opponents using a single chart (both armies taking up 3,000 points on the same list) or are they seperate?
If the answer is a single 3,000 point list vs. 2, 1,500 pointers... they're going to be fielding, on average, about twice the heavy support choices that you can field. Tyranids have trouble with tanks, and when they've got twice as many tanks as you can get Carnifexes to pin them, you're going to be in trouble.
You may consider poison spore mine bombardments to deal with Basilisks. I believe they're open topped unless they're upgraded, so you should auto-glance assuming you don't scatter all over the place.
I think PoptartsNinja has got it down. You need to keep the force organization charts even, you cant have them with 6 heavy support and limit your self to 3 and vise versa.
Also it very difficult to beat 2 armies with 1, they just have to much variety.

What You Could Do Is Forgo Your Tipical Elites And Just Put In 3 More Carifi (screamerkillers Work Well Against Infantry).
"when Your Apponent Is Looking Across The Table And Says To Himself 'theres No Way I Can Kill All That' Your Already On Your Way To Victory".
Try using some raveners or genestealers with rending claws against those power-armoured hamburgers. see how they like that.
