I thought up something Completly stupid, yet it MAY work...
Has anyone ever tried Deepstriking a Monolith into A huge thing of Orks, and then waiting till it can use its ordnance weapon, and striking itself? I mean, boom....Lol, it culd take some orks or whatever out...
Thats just a thought...
-Sephiroth is God-
A monolith is so tough it carely barely hurt itself! This being said there's no way to reliably guarantee a penetrating hit with this method....... and if you do, I don't think it's worth the points for such a slow bomb.......
Well, If it did work, that be quite a show....
And note, I said something stupid, and it MAY work....
That would be kinda funny, to see someone sacrifice something so big and powerful to take out a single squad of something....Oh well, just some thoughts.
-Sephiroth is STILL the best-
You don't need to! Gauss Flux Arcs would mow down Orks like grain, and gating in more Necrons every turn is definitely a plus. Or, you could just take out about six or seven of them every turn with the Particle Whip.
Si em, tow en can de lach.
Tak! Tak! Tak ah wan, Tak a lah!
Mi tow, can de lach.
Mi him, en tow.
hehe i will try that kamikaze Lith tactic tomorrow when i have the time to drop by my local GW and then i'll tell u guys what happens.
I just thought it be cool to see someone use a monolith in such a weird way. Kind of stylish, acctually.
Also, That be a good way to destroy it if you knew it had no chance of surviving long..
But them are just a few of my thoughts for now.
-Sephiroth...Need I say more?-
umm how would the orks kill the monolith???
i mean...zzap guns are unpredictable..and they need 6's to hit the monolith in cc, unless it is immobilized...
btw... the flux arc would be alot more effective against orks than the particle whip..
