Welcome to Librarium Online!
im considering putting 2 lictors, New Gen Genestealer brood, and a Brood Lord for the sake of infantrating the enemy. Is it worth it. not familar with the infatrate or deep strike rule. please help me.
If you play on boards with a good amount of scenery on it then it's definelty worth.
Infiltrating the broodlord with his retinue will most likely ensure a 2nd turn charge from him and his buddies, they will tear through his lines with ease.
If he also has terrain in his deployment zones and places things like heavyweapon teams ( HW platoon, devastators ) or vehicles near them a lictor will disrupt their plan quite a bit.
Maybe a unit of deepstriking raveners would be good too...
Its a risky plan, if you end up playing Alpha missions you might be in trouble with your Broodlord. To be on the safe side, I'd include lots of hormagaunts, to block those LOS.
If yuo field a Lictor, I also suggest DSing something else, (spore mines, Gargs or Ravs). The lictors Phermone trail makes other DSers deadly.

Everyone loves lictors and infiltrators - I do too. One word - Gargoyles. They deep strike. You can have 32 of them (bloody expensive, though), and best of all, they don't have I 5! You know the first two or three turns where your hormies and spinegaunts are racing up the board to collide with the enemy, tie them up and wait for the big guys? Think about this. What about a bunch of gargs who deep strike turn 2, then assault the back of the enemy, while the front is attacked by gaunts? Cross Fire
