When you purchase a unit of Storm Guardians and give 'em haywire grenades can you give them to the warlock? Do you have to give them to the warlock if you don't want to?
Everything I have told you, even this, is a lie.
I may be missing something, but I can't see Haywire Grenades in the Eldar Armoury, meaning that Warlocks can't seem to take them. . .
Why do the survivors remain anonymous -- as if cursed -- while the dead are revered? Why do we cling to what we lose while we ignore what we still hold?
Name none of the fallen, for they stood in our place, and stand there still in each moment of our lives.

The warlock can't take them even if you wanted them. Actually they can't take grenades at all. Like Ostsol said they arn't in the armory.
Yup, you can only give squad-specific upgrades to an upgraded leader (unless stated otherwise). Warlocks are added leaders, originally from your Farseer's retinue.
