I am looking to circulate an e-petition to ask the "rules-gods" at GW to at least consider blessing the EldarOnline version of the Harlequin codex as Official. It is balanced and well concieved. Please e-mail me (email@example.com) if you desire to be added to the petition.
I doubt the guys at GW would ever credit anyone else with making a codex therefor they would make thier own or not making one at all.
I sure do hope for at least a harlequin list in the new eldar codex. Hey if they use the EO list I would be just as happy, then I can actually make a full harle army with some good fluff. I think I could probably win more then 50% of the time too
I'm with you cirquemeter, but I don't think they will do it.
I am aware this is a double post but will leave it for the moment,
Everything you have been told is a lie!
Yeah.. cirquemeter, please try to post just a single topic. We don't need multiples of the same topic running around the entire forum; when that happens, it turns simply into spam. Please keep it to a single topic in the appropriate area of the forum (which would most likely be here).
However, I am with designer; while it's a fairly decent idea, and I find that the EO codex is a lot better, GW would never acknowledge them as a "good" codex nor as one better than their own. They will make their own, or leave it unofficial; I doubt, no matter how many people petitioned, that they would validate the EO codex simply because people outside of GW made it and would need credit for it.
Do you think that If enough of us who desire this rules adoption "invested" as a group in GW, this might give our request more leverage? Technically, this would make us a part of GW, Wouldn't it?(Money Talks)

I apologise for the double posting.
Maybe if you had a lot of people petitioning they might consider taking a look at it to get some ideas or combine but I doubt that as they'd want only their ideas and would only want credit going to their company.
