I think that Flayed ones should be troop choices. i mean the are just basicly warriors with blades and the horror special rule. They also aren't that much more tougher than warriors. but besides that, does anyone use alot of flayed ones, and are they a good unit to select?

They are an excellent units for their pts cost. No they should NOT be troops as a Mass Flayed One force would be unstoppable. Think BP+CCW Space Marines with all the special rules (WBB, Infil, DS, Horror) for 3 extra pts.

Add a Lith for WBB re-rolls and you have a pretty much unstoppable Deep Striking force.

If they were Troops, it would make the Necron force much more unstoppable. They would be far more cutomizable. Do you want to go for a shooty army with Warriors, or a CC army with Flayed Ones and Wraiths? Necrons should not be flexible like that. It's not the point of them.
