Quite simply, they look like rangers. They might carry a bit more relics and trophies from slain enemies than rangers, as they are in fact a more expirienced version or the rangers, bot thats about it. I would represent pathfinders by using a more stealthy color scheme, but there is no "official" way to do so..
I thought some conversions were required, but I guess not. Maybe I should put some trophies on em to show their skill?medalion?skull?
Or you can wait for the new ranger models to be released and use those for pathfinders...heck they might even be pathfinder models.
I'd probally just give em' a little different paint job and maybe add in some little extra gear or items on them so they look more sophisticated or "enhanced".
in craftworld codex it has an alaitoc army where the rangers are the normal colours for alaitoc (blue and yellow). However since the pathfinders are always alone and in the wilderness having left their craftworld long ago they no longer feel a need to show colours so they are painted green. They use the ranger models though.
I personally paint my rangers white and stick snow flock to them to make it look like they are really serious about burying themselves for an ambush in the snow.:ninja:

If anyone wants any kind of help writing fluff for any kind of GW army just ask.
i saw the new eldar models today, i think they look quite spiffy:
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.
Voor alle nederlanders:
The Dutch Legion
they look pretty dam good in my opinion
You could alernativly use the new rangers as your rangers and the old ones as pathfinders, they are old veterans then .
Or use the new ones as path-finders since they look waay cooler.
