What is better choice?
I am playing against orks the choices are:
6x Stealths = 6x Burst Cannons
3x Crisis = 3x Burst Cannons, 3x Missile Pods + Multi Tracker
I am leaning more closely to the crisis suits as they have more range (given with the missile pods, although it is true it is one shot LESS but two shots more higher str, and also could take out some ard armor, which would bring me less out of range.
So wouldn't it be more sound to field 3x crisis? although I will miss out on the infiltration rules... what do you think?
I've gone with crisis suits against most armies over stealths, and when I play stealths it's with 18 of em and only 3 crisis suits as commander/bodyguards... So I would go with the suits :]

Personally, against Orks or any other "soft" army, I prefer the massed firepower that Stealth teams can provide. If you're smart, you can always keep them one step ahead of the Orks and out of CC range. Missile Pods against Orks seems like...I dunno....overkill?

Last game: Victory over Necron in a 600 point "kill em all" that lasted til turn 10 ending with a phase out.
For me it kinda depends.
At Small points I'd take the Crisis Suits, that way you have to dedicate less of your army against the tough stuff thanks to the Missile Pods while still being able to treaten troops with the Burst Cannons and Missile Pods.
If the Ork player likes wave after wave of boyz, or is a Kult of Speed player, go for the stealths. If he likes using the 'ard stuff (kanz, dreadz, etc), take the crisis with the pods.
I've go for the stealths since they are one of the coolest units in the Tau army. Unless of course you know that you have to face a lot of armour, then I'll go for the suits. But I don't use burst cannons on my suits, if you want burst cannon then I'll say that stealths are better
You up against Constance? You should know his list by now pretty well. But stealths over crisis because they have that nightfight rules thing so that lucky BS2 rocket won;t accidentally kill your suit. (unless you gave them shield drones and stuff...but the stealths have better chance to survive in shooting from AP3 ork weapons)

Heh yeah fighting constant this week or so, should I play at battle bunker? Sure why not.
I guess I'll be fielding stealths over the crisis, since the night fight rules benefit and protects me from hazardous material =D The ork player doesn't play KoS I know that for sure, and hes more of a footslogging army with some kanz maybe and a dreadnought, but that would be alright.
Another question now, should I field 6- 12 - or 18 stealth suits?
Don't field more than 6 I don't think that you will need two teams of stealths. I normally go with one stealth team and two suits/ suit teams. Simply because you have way more options with the suits than the stealths
