Welcome to Librarium Online!
I love my Orks, as I'm sure you Love yours. But in recent years it has seemed that Orks have become somewhat forgotten and put aside by the majority of people. It seems that as of late Orks are the hardest army to take from the box to the board competitively, having the fewest model choices, the least contemporary rules, and fuzziest future. But all they makes for the most interesting and personalized armies out of any in Warhammer. A serious Ork player must be a careful hobbyist, a skillful modeler/conversionist, sharp with a paint brush and a great tactician. I want to take pride in my Ork army and I hope you can take Pride in yours.
Firstly I would like to see some quality Articles making it into LO Content list. I'm positive that we have skilled enough players that could give detailed breakdowns of conversions, tactics and even write some good Fiction/Fluff. Of course those of us that would be brave enough to put themselves on the line to write an article would have all the help and support of the rest of the Players.
Here are some Article Ideas that I think you could start with:
Scratch Building Battlewagons
Converting a Warboss and Retinue to a useful loadout.
A Good Fiction Story or Two
If you are interested in this idea and would like to help me make it happen post here and we can get the ball rolling. Once I get a good responce we can post this as a Clan in Club/Clan section.
For Da Boyz!
hey id be interesting on writing possibly a wartrakk/buggy tactica or something simple cause they are the bulk of my KOS force, possibly a snakebites tactica also.
“Krump first, assk qweztions neva'!"- 3000 Orks
Dark Eldar- 1500 1/0/0
"the very gods for vengeance cry”- 3000 Dwarves
That would be great.
I think that each clan should get a general run down sooner or later. KOS needs a large and more detailed tactica obviously. Buggys and Trakks would be an exellent start.
I'd be happy to write an article on converting a Battlewagon. I've done one myself. It's not scratch built, as such, but it's heavily converted.
I'll try get some pics up, ASAP.

Would love to help, but have no time to.
This said, there are also a few forums that specialize in orks out there (not that there's anything wrong with LO!!), you may want to check out their taktikas and kunvershun articles.
At the least, I'll try to put picturesof my horde online soon.
"Politics is the womb in which war develops"
This is something I personally am looking forward to most. I have needed a battle wagon in my ork army for a while now.
If you need anyone to run through the steps I would love to buy all the part and see if the walkthrough is clear enough for applicable use.
AKM: Sounds good may a get a link?

I'd like to write a kommando tactica, i love them, but they seem a bit underused so i'd like a few ppl to at least proxy for them and try them.
I'd hate to say it, but Waagh is an excellent source of information pertaining to orks. If your really considering putting together a tactica or information on converting you should really talk to some of those guys. There is a whole section over there about a how to step by step for anything you want to convert. Not discounting the information on this site, but lots of my converting ideas and army list ideas have some origins from over there... might be worth reading into. There is also Roburky.
40K-Beakies(9-14-4),Guard(4-7-2),Orks(34-12-11). FANTASY-Dwarves(15-6-7),Beasts (14-14-1), Skaven (17-17-10) DoC (6-1-2). CYGNAR (28-15-1)
I have an ork tactica i wrote up. it summarizes the units, giving strong points for them. I think its pretty well made, but it might not be to everyone elses standards. I could try to submit it if anyone wants me to. Also i have a converted battlewagon which i plan to get pics of soon.
Awesome stuff. maybe you could post it and we could all take a look at it.
I'm still in the works on my Ork armies fluff, on part 2 of three right now. Almost done and ill post a link to it here when it is.
