This seems like a fine start. I would get more warlocks for those Gaurdian squads though. Also I believe the platform blisters come with three different weapons now (Starcannon, brightlance, scatter laser) I would keep the starcannons as you have done and give both your vypers brightlances and ctm.

Also has your scorpians got an Exarch? He will prove very handy in situations, especially with a scorpians claw. The only problem I see is that you may not have enough hitting power when you exit the gate. You've got two squads of Gaurdians and a scorpian squad. None can fleet of foot (Which I have found very vital getting into combat the turn they come out of the gate), so consider some Banshees and Black gaudian storm squads.

Overall I say yes this is a good choice, but I would spend a little extra to add in the odd bits and peices.

Making your army bigger I would suggest:

=Starcannon/missle Launcher warwalkers - good against marines/very adaptive
=Bikes with warlock - good speed to have on the board initially, jump back abilites allows for them to avoid being shot, also good anti-tank/light infantry (singing spear/destuctor and shuriken weapons)
=Multiple small Ranger squads - A leaf from Victors book, small squads can pin other units, which makes them vulnurable targets when you drop the gate
=Storm Squads - Massive amounts of attacks and striking first most the time makes them very deadly, also close anti-tank abilties with fusionguns/ haywires/ singing spears or Witchblades.
