Wow cool I like those flying rippers!.:w00t:
That big mega claw, I wonder what benefits it gives?, A scythe maybe, or big swing stun or something, It looks big enough to pull fortified walls down.
Or some monster instant killer.
Hope they come out with plastic gargoyles.
Thanks for the pics Noctus.

I haven't seen the 2nd pic earlier but it appears there's more to the model with a different looking tailweapon and special type of carapace.
I hope we get more info over that beast soon.
That looks awesome! Might have to reassemble one of mine for that! I wonder what that back carapace does, hopefully its a very high strength very low AP weapon with about assault 5, twinlinked...
But I call to God, and the LORD saves me.
The only thing I can think of that would make a cc carni like that more effective is that it would have some rule like "as long as you keep rolling 6's you get more attacks".
It's monsterous so it already ignores armor, get 2D6 armor pen, and with a base str of 9 upgradable to 10 it will instakill a lot of things out there.
Give Elite fex's access to drop pods?
That claw thingy looks hard!
But what really confuses me, is what the HELL is with that GIGANTIC Spore Mine in the bottom pic!
those are sporesacs, they have been on the FW site since late december.
Hm, dunno what's left to do on a CC 'fex either...
Might be nice if they had the ability to get all attacks from 3" away or something... would address all the times when your opponent yanks the one enemy in base contact early in the initiative, thus negating a carnifex's attacks.
Maybe something like " Instant kill any model hit" or "auto pens" or something. Likely not, but... Maybe its something of CoD.
