Welcome to Librarium Online!
For some reason I can't find the stats for the wraithcannon in the codex. Im not an eldar player, but I got a hand on my friends eldar codex and Im tinkering around with lists. The wraithguard seem interesting. Can someone point out what page it is or any FAQ that would clarify. Thanks.

There is in fact a summary with all the weapon stats on GW's website.
X means that it wounds in the same way as sniper rifles. However, there is a further detail to look up in the armoury.

wrathcannons are good but there not the cheapest weapon but there good if you shoot guys with super high toughness (C'tan, Demon's, Sentinals)
they are also goood at killing tanks
If you are using this for shooting.. besides the ctan..Originally Posted by Camorf Sapphire Emperor

Shoots just as great, kills tanks very great.
Difference is resilience. Solution(?) 2x more numbers?
