    Marketlights and Kustom Force Field

    Well now with the new horridly overpowered marketlight rules is it true that they can go through the Kustom Force Field completly, seeing as its a cover save and the markerlight "tokens" can now have a -1 to cover save. So can two markerlight shots rid the effects of the KFF so that the Fire Warriors can go wild ignoring the saves of the orks completly and the stealth suits can hit with BS5 (why oh why did they make it stack!?) Anyway, would you guys say that the markerlights could ignore the Kustom Force Field? Also have you guys got any suggestions on beating new Tau? Like possibly taking out the pathfinders first? Because i have a game against them later today with my Snakebite mostly footslogging force

    I would assume you are correct in your interpretation. The mek field provides a "cover safe" and thus can be ignored by marker lights... of course if your walking towards a tau firing line i would not be putting money on that 5+ save helping you much.

    Vehicles that are considered "hull down" would not be effected by marker lights i don't believe, i'd have to re-read the rules for them.
