Welcome to Librarium Online!
in the codex when u use things like guide it says it works on any unit in so ans so range does it mean on single model or the whole sqaud:wacko:
Haha - Yes is the answer!
ut to actually try and help it means a unit, the reason for the ambiguity is some units are or can be one model (wraithlord, a single walker or vyper, a falcon) The best way to simplyfy it is probably one slot on the force org chart (although this is flawed in some cases - consider IG allies 1 troop slot could be 6 squads)
thinking about it further the best description may be a collections of models which are required (not happen to be) within unit coherency
Everything you have been told is a lie!
so a sqaud of gaurdians counts as 1 unit:yes:
Yes, anything that moves around as a whole is a unit.Originally Posted by mike4253
An IG army, as Cherrie said, can have several unit in a single troop slot. But they move around independently and that makes them different units.
A Farseer that has joined a squad of Guardians are also considered a single unit, even though they take up two slots on the Force Organisation chart.
This means that you can guide 3 War Walkers with a single spell, that's 18 Star cannon shots. It also means that you can guide 20 Guardians to re-roll up to 40 dice.
