1 what does divination do?
2 How many spells can Eldrad cast a turn?
3 What happens when Eldrad gets i close combat with a tank its not specified?
this is from memory, so excuse me if i get it wrong.
divination allows you to move d3 units up to 6" after deployment.
he can cast three. one as a farseer, one with the gooby little staff and one from spirit stones. although it's possibly two, but he can cast the same power twice.
when he gets in cc with a tank? aside from the tank getting mullered because of his witchblade?
In his profile it does not say he has a witchblade......Does it???
I believe the staff of Ulthuan acts as a witchblade (always wounds on 2+, an extra attack, does 3* strength of the wielder).
It's written in the codex under Eldrad's entry.
eldard died so it might not matter with the new codex GW could just forget to add him back in like they did that Tau guy with the rending CC weapon.
he has a witchblade and the staff. the staff allows him to cast an extra power per turn, but if you use it, you do not get the cc benefits of it. it acts as a witchblade (so in effect eldrad carries 2) but with wounding on a 2+, it is a power weapon also, ignores armour saves
