Nope, the particle whip is an Ordnance weapon thus can only be fired by itself. The lith' can however use the power matrix to teleport a unit as well as fire the flux arc in the same turn.

I usually don't like to nitpick but... Monolith, Gauss, Particle. Those are the correct spellings.

The wording in the Codex indicates that the Gauss Flux arc fires on it's own if there are enemy units within 12. If that's the case, then players only have the choice to shoot with the Particle Whip, as the Flux arc is automatic.

I'd say you could fire both in a turn.

Necron FAQ, second to last bullet point on the first page. No, they cannot fire in the same turn.

no it can´t but you could fire the allround beam and use the portal to, lets say...
teleport a unit necrons out of combat with termis or something like this

Off topic question that has been bugging me lately about the Monolith and the Flux Arc.

The Gauss Flux Arc fires d6 shots at every enemy unit in 12" around it, I assume a d6 is rolled for each unit and that is how many shots are fired at that unit. However the Range and LoS, are they measured from the center of the model or the guns on the corners? It would be nice to know for sure as Range from the center and the gun is about 2".
