Welcome to Librarium Online!
Post up a couple of models in your kabal to show bascially what the basic idea of the whole thing is.
Haha, that was what all my minis looked like 6 years ago (the one on the right).
i'm really proud of this one, it's definitely the mini that i pust the most work into, knowing it would be kind of a middle-piece of my kabal. Obviously the lord and his retinue are the center piece, i just needed a transition into the rest of it.
just post some pictures of your kabal, it really doesn't matter which ones, i just want to see how some other people are painting their dark eldar.

The meat things seek to destroy ourselves. They hunt us as we hunt them but they are weak and uncertain. Bring them understanding of the power of ourselves through our strength and their fear. The inferior flesh will be entirely destroyed, all fragments will be smashed. Ourselves will fight to the last, all weak flesh must be consumed
Sadly I do not have any picture but...
Try to imagine a flame pattern(not tribal) at the front of the raiders, the side where the troops stand is painted red with a yellow frame.
Warriors etc are most black/red.
That is about change to a more dark eldar-ish colours.
It will pretty much be the same only that it will be more blue-white insted. So think blue-white flames on the and the warriors painted in a very dark blue.
When the army shapes up I will submit some photos(and when I get a decent digi-cam )
""What's the matter? Don't ya like clowns? Don't we make ya laugh?" - Captain Spaulding.
i run a primary color of scaly green with a secondary scab red, all on a black primer.
wyche models and any others with skin showing is skull white and visible eyes (not eyes thru helmets) are goblin green, with no pupils.
vehicles also run the same scheme. i have started to alternate different squads with having scab red as the primary and scaly green secondary, expecialy now that i have a core 1500 pt army done and a ton of extra warrior sprues (thx GW for putting DE in the started set, space marine losers had no problem selling the DE's to me cheap)

Scaly green is obviously the best color for dark eldar. That or purple.
well I dont have a camera or enough of my Wyches painted to show you, so Ill tell you My paint scheme is Their Flesh is like a Drows,so a ebony color, and their armour is Silver with Weapons being assorted
Everything in my Dark Eldar army has a black undercoat, a regal blue wash on top of that ( to give an overall colour scheme) and then Liche purple/ scab red for the warriors, a monochrome grey scheme for the "shadowy" Mandrakes, black, boltgun metal, regal blue for Raiders and the wyches - have'nt decided yet on a final scheme - probaly reds and gold highlights. I like a dark blue almost black colour overall as I think that this very Dark Eldarish.
Mine have a black undersuit, purple armour (I only categorize some of it as armour, and the rest as the undersuit.) Silver Blades, Red eyes, red power cells for the gun, very light boltgun on the splinter rifle, black hair where applicible, with grey highlights, and gold for some other spikes, certain ones are silver, certain ones are gold.

It does look awesome on DE, especially when highlighted. I've used that scheme for my Kabal, and used the red and black scheme for my wyches.Scaly green is obviously the best color for dark eldar.
