Hi all, just a quick question i've got here. In the new Tau Empire Codex under the Vespid entry it say Stingwing x points Strain leader y points. and it also says under the unit size category "The unit consists of a Strain Leader and 3 - 10 Stingwings".
Now my question is this: Is the cost for a Strain Leader x points for the Stingwing plus y points for the Strain Leader, or just y points?
And also is the total unit size 10 or 11?
It might just be me but i don't think i've read it correctly and even though i keep reading it through it still wont make any sense.
If you notice this notice then you will notice that this notice is not worth noticing!
The max unit size is 11. I think GW meant 10 because it's an odd size but the way they wrote it you can have 11 if you want.
The Strain Leader cost is not an upgrade since there's no plus sign, so he's pretty cheap for a sargeant-equivalent.

The max unit size is 11 -- 10 regular stingwings plus one Strain leader. And the points cost listed for the Strain leader is the points for the strain leader, not in addition to cost of the regular stingwing.
