i don't play necrons and i've never seen their codex, but a friend of mine was telling me about "the nightbringer" which he said was the most powerful model in existence. so could someone explain about the c'tan to someone as cheap as me who cant just go buy hte odex?
C'tan are the gods of the Necron. It's really all in the codex. Aobut he Night Bringer. He is really more of a diavantage. Stat wise yes he is the "best" but rememebr that necrons are ultra slow. So he walks into combat that means alot of fire power can take him down before he gets into combat. If I rememerb right you can get liek two squads of warriors for one Night Bringer. That hurts phase out alot which leaves you screwed. Just keep that in mind.

I think it has the best statsline for a single model, but points for points, a good few armies can kill it fairly easily. And those that can't can just go for the decreased number of Warriors, negating the point of having the best fighter in the galaxy around. For massive games only.
