Do you have to have to have a res orb within range of your dead model to use WBB
And if not if your model fails a WBB role if a res orb comes in range dose he get to try it agian?
you only get the benefit from the Res Orb when the unit is within 6" and if the lord moves into range after your WBB then you donĀ“t get a reroll

More precisely, the effect of the RO is only bestowed at the time the Necron is felled. It is also important to note that the effect is bestowed upon a model if at least one other model in said model's unit is with in range(read the language in the wargear section).Originally Posted by nexus-star

Also note that a res orb does not give you a re-roll, it simply overrides WBB ignoring conditions (i.e power weapons and instant death).
