I saw alot of people having only gaunt or hormagaunt but when I look at the box, you can only have 8 of each so how can you make an army without using the rest of the box without buying alot of box? Do you just shop the sprue/gaunt online?
Thanks to anwser my noob question

buy alot of boxes  lol. that or look on ebay and simalar things. trade with people but them off of people. buy spruces from GW.
It is my sacred duty to save your soul from the Dark Gods of Chaos... and I willsave your soul, even if you die in the process.
Just buy lots of boxes. Seems expensive, but other armies get much less plastic (10 models with marines) while we get a decent 16. Not bad, if you consider that GW is selling you overpriced plastic.
Once you realize this, just sell the ones you dont need on ebay (state that they are still on the sprue, and include pics) then buy the missing half you want. So, a spinegaunt heavy army will mean you want to sell your hormies on ebay, while buying more of that spiny goodness off ebay again. You dont loose too much money anyways. Also, models already painted are great, just leave them soaking in pinesol for a few days then scrub off the old paint and they're nearly like new. Cuts the potential price in half if lucky. Aim for the ugliest of paintjobs.
Trading can work, but be sure to make sure they're trustworthy. Like me. :shifty:
Well, i think the battlemaster games ebay shop sells sprues separetly. i think what they do is buy the box for £18 then sell the separate sprues off for just over £9 for 8 gaunts or for 8 hormagaunts to make profit. But still on ebay its very difficult to spot fakes because decent pictures arent shown alot of the time.
That's why you should only by products from ebay that include pictures. Also be sure to read everything the seller is telling you, he may just be sending you a photo, or maybe just one gaunt. Read everything, and if you get cheated on complain to ebay and they'll sort it out. Trust me, the system works. :yes:But still on ebay its very difficult to spot fakes because decent pictures arent shown alot of the time.
