    HQ-Farseer-56
Witch Blade, Shuriken Pistol. also were do i find the rules for the psychic powers?

    Troops-10 Warp Spider (1 Exarch)-287
Suprise Attack, Power Blades, 2 Deathspinners.

    Troops-10 Howling Banshees (1 Exarch), Wave Searpent-314
    Acrobatic, Power Blades, TL-Starcannon.

    Troops-10 Fire Dragons (1 Exarch), Wave Searpent-339
    Fire pike, Tank Hunter, TL-BrightLances.

    Troops-5 Wraithguard, Wave Searpent-300
    TL-Starcannons.

    Troops-10 Howling Banshees (1 Exarch), Wave Searpent-314
    Acrobatic, Power Blades, TL-Starcannon.

    Troops-10 Warp Spider (1 Exarch)-287
Suprise Attack, Power Blades, 2 Deathspinners.

    Heavy support-Wraithlord-100
    Shuriken Cannon.

---1997... well i will keep my banshees flying together trying to find a low T unit to assault. while my Fire dragons go tank hunting. My Spiders will be shooting with their super bolters at more powerful units. and my wraithguard will be with my fire dragons... killing the infantry that are in or near the vehicle my dragons are shooting at.

Another refugee from the army list forum, eh?

Dump the dual spinners on the warp spider exarchs - with the current rapid fire rules you won't benefit much from them. Use the points you save to get a warlock for your wraithguard (who are an elites choice in Biel-Tan).

Also, you must give your farseer a farseer psychic power (mind war is always handy, although fortune can be worth a crack for banshees). The rules for psychic powers can be found in the BGB under "Psychic Powers".

I would say that you drop 4 Dragons and throw them in a Falcon rather than a Serpent. If you are using them to hunt tanks, then a Falcon will be able to help out with that. Not to mention that you shouldn't need more than 6 Dragons to take out most tanks. Or you might consider using your Wraithguard as your tank hunters and your Dragons as a heavy infantry killer. Might work better actually. If you go that route, I would keep the Dragons at 10 strong.

Drop all your Spider exarch buffs. Surprise Assault seems great, but you cant shoot and assault. You would get 60 points just for dropping it off them right there. Death Spinners already touched on. Powerblades are ok, but you don't want to get into CC. Might be better spent on Withdrawl, but with the new rules its not as great as could be expected. I would just go naked Exarchs if you really want them, or no Exarchs at all. Spiders are great on their own and their exarch doesn't add a whole lot to their effectiveness in my opinion.

Drop your Wraithlord. What is he doing all by himself? The rest of the army will be cruising at least 12" a turn in their Serpents or Warp drives, while he is plodding along shooting his shuriken cannon. I would sub him out and use the points you saved on your Warp Spider exarchs to bump it up to a Falcon. That way your Farseer could also get around pretty quickly because otherwise you would have those two units all alone. Maybe consider putting the Farseer on a Jetbike and picking up some Vypers instead. Actually yeah, now that I think about it that is probably your best bet. Your Farseer could provide some stronger support if a unit gets in trouble with tough guys and can help out tankbusting if needs be. Either way, he'll get where you need him quickly. Whatever you decide, you are going speedy death, so dont have some slow units killing your theme!

Two full units of Spiders will run you 440, saving you over 130 points. Drop your Wraithlord and you have almost enough for another squad. Spend it on a Warlock and a jetbike for your Seer. Throw in two Starcannon Vypers and you are good to go. That way you would not worry about wraithsight, would have a mobile Farseer along with your army, and some dangerous harrassing units in your Vypers without really losing much. Lastly, I would drop a unit of Banshees for Scorpions. Could use a little bit of tough CC as it seems that is where you will spend a lot of your time. Good luck!
