Looks like I'm gonna be up against the Sisters of Battle pretty soon. I wondered if anyone had any experience against them. Whats hot & whats not?
On the face of it they've mostly got Rhinos and 3+ sv so I'm hearing a lot for Rail & Plasma Rifles.
Missile pods for Anti Rhino-variant detail?
Generally I prefer the 'Classic' crisis kit (Plas, Pod & MT), will this suffice?
Worth getting any Kroot, Broadies or Hammerhead?
I know they've got a whole bunch of fluffy rules so anything to watch out for in particular?
Any comments appreciated.
Do the things
well, the hammerhead packs a punch and would certainly deal with the armor he/she might bring against you.
maybe a stealth team ?
Take stealth teams and lots of kroot, as many as you have available. The sheer volume of fire available with large numbers of kroot will stop them. If those units start fleeing, your crisis will knock them down easily. Again, take a hammerhead with seekers, use the stealth suits to target their tranports, and let those close combat IG walk into your fire power .
Mooing peacefully since 1996!

Aye, I play both now.....you should have no problem with SoB, crisis and hammerheads are what really give us SoB players trouble.
I don't leave home without a trusty stealth team against any opponent. They're just far too handy.
Will have to ponder the merrits of the kroot tho', I can't help but think they'll ping off the power armour (but I suppose no more so than FWs). But as you say, sheer volume could swing it.
Think I'll go for the speedier Hammerhead option over the Broadies then.
Do the things
"Sheer Volume" won't swing it, sisters will be more numbered than you no matter what you do but they have a horrible time with heavily armour things like hammerheads thats why you have to take at least 2 because it's hard as hell to take 13 armor down when the best tank killer gun you have has 24" range (multimelta). Kroot won't do so much good because they'll easily get torn up by bolter fire. Watch out for Serphim those come in quick and hard.
