    Strangle Web

    I have been looking at the rules for the strangle web gaunts for some time. I love the idea of a whole squad full of flamers and I have done the math on several different squads and it seems like they can be very destructive, but I see problems with them getting that close without being shot to pieces.

    Has anybody ever used strangle web gaunts or had any luck with them? I would just like to know how they have worked before I convert some.

    They're fun, and most opponents won't fire at them ("They're just Gaunts!") if you bring a couple of genestealer broods and try to keep all three in decent cover.

    I thought you could only have 1 or 2 in a brood, oh well
    Personally for me I chose spinegaunts because I knew I would never fire their guns, preferring that the fleet and get into combat was my highest priority,
    There will be a lot of experienced Tyranid players that go this way, preferring to leave the guns up to the professionals, eg (Hive Tyrant, Carnifex, Warriors, and zoanthrop).
    But that’s just the way I play. :rolleyes:

    Where are the rules for strngle webs I heard something about them but never could find the rules
