I just pulled out my half finished Guardians and I realized that not only was I short some, I couldn't even find their arms, any thoughts on what I should use them for?
With no arms....I guess you could use the bodies and heads for jetbikes if you ever intend to use those models. The current bodies are horrible. They arn't going to be changed during the new Codex release so you're fine in getting some now.
All you do is stick a Gaudian body instead of the jetbike boxed Gaurdian where the driver seat is. You can see an example of this on the back of the craftworld eldar codex.
Another alternative is you could find some Eldar arms with pistols and hand weapons can convert them into storm Gaurdians, plenty of these bits and peice floating around from the rouge trader days, or you could order just those specific bits off the Gamesworkshop online store.
I finally found their arms, but I also so found some dark eldar arms, I may file off the spiky bits and make them storm guardians anyway.
If you have extra money, to buy some more guardians, you could use these ones as dead bodies. By that, I mean put them on bases and terrain... or if you can find enough arms, you can greenstuff on a stump of an arm, and have the guardian holding the shuricat in one arm.
However, I'm really not a modeling expert, I just enjoy pretending I'm knowledgable:yes:
EDIT: yeah, reading your second post might have helped...
