For a 1700 point army, would I be allowed to have two necron lords, for example
8 Necron Warriors
My brother, who is an idiot, who plays Eldar says that I can't play two necron lords, though I have seen many armies play two of them...can someone please verify this for me.
yes you can
Look in the codex pg 12
also you need 10 warriors in a squad as minimum
if you don't have a codex get one .
you can always take 2 lords as long as there is no 0-1 restriction, and i use 2 lords on 2000pt.
one destroyer lord to go with 10 destroyers and 1 lord on foot to go with the 10 immortals and 2 squads of 15 warriors, this is backed up by 2 monoliths or 1 monolith and more destroyers(depends on the enemy).

Two lords are a very effective combination. One to stay with warriors and one to go forward.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.
