what are capabilities of titans, what can we give them, those that we build ourselves, what are mass points, how do you choose size and determine movement capabilities. Can anyone help me out.
If you want more on creating your own bio-titans I suggest you get hold of CA 2004, it's the most recent version that includes the TDR
Mass points are our version of structures points that the big machines have, it simply makes the beast a bit harder to kill.
Bio-titans are giant Tyranids. The rules for mass points can be found here.http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/downloads40k.htm
As for the weapons and statistics those rules are no longer in production. The best thing to do is use the current Carnifex rules and adapt them.
the newest IA amphylion project has rules for the tyranid titans like the heorphant, trygon, herodule(s), etc.. they are all pretty cool but just remember to look at the detachment requirements some of the titans ..like the herophant are a detachment all by them selves and thus he's your whole army! you cant fill in the lost points with troops and Hq choices.
