    Eldar Army Question

What I know of Eldar I have gleaned from playing against them and reading the occasional fluff, so bear with me.

I have faced everal Craft World armies. My question is can someone field an Exodite army?

There are a couple takes on that. There is an unofficial exodite codex out there. I'm not sure how an opponent would take to it. And there is always the idea that you could use the regular eldar codex along with "counts as" units. It sounds a little ridiculous at first, but anyone who plays WH fantasy can tell you the 40th century weaponry and bikes aren't that much better than the stuff they have.

But other than that not really.

So are the Exodites technologically primitive?

I don't know anything about them asidde from the fat that they left the Eldar core worlds in protest to the decadency of the majority of the population. Just from that I wouldn't assume they lost all their technology. I figured they would have the same as any other Eldar.
