I know have 1 converted lord, 4 incubi, 10wiches and 32 warriors, 4 splinter cannon and 4 darklance. What i would like to know is for u to tell me what to buy first since im on a limetted beget. thx for the help.:w00t:
NOTE: Im used to splalling in french
Looks like you need at least 4 blasters for your warriors. You can convert shredders to blasters if you get them in them in the randoms weapon pack by cutting off the protrusions round the front. A ravager wouldnt hurt and say 30 more warriors. Warriors are fantastic. You could aslo do with some raiders.
The ultimate solution is for you to create a standard army list, I would say 1000 points to start with. You will need a
Couple incubi, again depends on your army list, they are expensive
10 wyches to start with, a succubus included
Anywhere from 20-40 warriors depending on how you plan to use your Kabal
At LEAST 2 Raiders, one for HQ and one for wyches, the bigger the army list the more raiders
1 Ravager, this is a MUST for any DE army
Taloses, wapbeasts, hamonculi and jetbikes are secondary so I woulddnt worry about them when you are only starting DE.
P.S Sale or no sale, I am 100% sure the GW will not make those DE untis much cheaper then they used to be, thus I would only purchase from GW as a last resort, when I exhausted all my other shopping options such as mailorder and ebay
I agree with the above post, you will need raiders for your HQ and wych squads and a ravager would round out your force nicely.
I personally like haemonculii as these can carry web portals well and can act as HQ for smaller games as well as leading grotesques against armies that you need to cause fear in (although the Lord does a better job of this last task.)
In a controversy the instant we feel anger we have already ceased striving for the truth, and have begun striving for ourselves.

I agree with the others about the 2 raiders and 1 ravager. And up to 1000 points that's about all you need. Moving on towards a 1700 tourny list you probably want 4 raiders and 2 ravagers but milage may vary.
There are some minor tweaks I'd suggest though:
- buy or convert a dracon model so you can field Archon and Dracon at 1700+
- 2 more incubi (a dracon with 5-6 incubi is I believe the standard layout)
- buy or convert a hamonculous (the standard WWP delivery model)
- buy or convert two blasters for warriors (just in case you want to field a large foot squad)
- buy a jetbike so you can convert a jetbike lord
- buy or convert 2 blaster jet bikes (a typical tank hunting reaver squad is 3-5 bikes, two of which have blasters)
The best advice of course has always been, craft a 500 point list, then craft lists for the usual point limits 1000, 1250, 1500, 1700 and buy accordingly. That way you won't end up with 6 blaster incubi and 3 warp beasts but no beast master.

I run lords without retinues quite often, but I never take a jetbike as a jetbike lord is slower than a lord on foot and as you lord can hop in a raider wiht a normal squad its no extra points to leave him a space to ride along if you need the speed of the raider. The 35 points aren't worth losing a 12" charge IMO. After all 6"+d6"+12" is always further than 12"+6" and, for my personal preference, I give unretinued lords agonisers, which on a bike mean you are negating your own strength bonus.
