I don't beleive so as I have never played against orks with flet of foot, and they would only move D6 not 6 inches. Besides trucks are so much better.

Short answer - no.
Long answer - no.
Orks have standard movement, and they don't move faster in the shooting phase if they neglect to shoot. As far as I'm aware, pretty much the only models that can do this have the Fleet special rule, which, as Helbrecht said, is D6" and no 6". Orks don't have Fleet, so therefore cannot do it.

bionic arm helps it makes it 7 attacks on the charce 6 with power claw if he has a slugga with the arm and a power claw beause the arm counts a cc weapon like the slugga.
