Seers vs. Multiple Psychic Hoods

Greetings all,

I was wondering if you could confirm something for me. If my opponent brings 3 librarians, and I use a psychic power, he can only use one of them to stop my psychic power? Right? I don't have to compare my roll against all three (Or roll against them separately either), correct?

I could have sworn that I could only be victimised by one at a time.

Yes, I know that I am really against the psyhood...I just have had some really S####y luck against them so far.

Confirmation would be greatly appreciated

I'm a SM's player and just happened to see your thread on the main page. You are correct on pg 24 of the Space Marine Codex it specifies that only one Librarian can use his psychic hood against a single use of a psychic power.

I can't remember why or how, but I have a distinct recollection that only one hood works at a time.. Otherwise multi-librarians would be a real pain in the backside for some armies to deal with (as if one librarian isn't.)

I would have to agree that only a psychichood can be used for any single psychic power....however when looking at the peice of wargear in the Witch Hunters codex it doesn't seem to mention this :/
