Welcome to Librarium Online!
So does that mean that Craftworlds are finally gone? Even though Wraithguards "can" be taken as a troop choice (with exceptions), what about having a Biel-Tan army with all out Dark Reapers etc.??
The answer is...
Having an army and not owning a rulebook is like owning a car with no steering wheel.Originally Posted by amishcellphone

But still the max unit size allows you to take quite a few reapers regardless.
I really can't think of anything witty to say.
Why oh why must we mourn the Craftworld's death?
Thiunk about it. Any real fanatic of any Craftworld who has a modicum of skill will be able to remake their favourite variation.
They're dead. Which is for the better... None of this:
We are now so much better for being versetile.
- Uber Pawning Seer Council of death and Devastation.
- Mega blast-o unforgiving Disrtuption tables of uber no-skilliness.
- Convulated Amounts of any Aspect other than the 'common' Dire Avengers.
- The Plethoric charge of Vyper life-rape.
- Silently advancing masses of gun-toting soul reliquaries.
And if you're smart enough to think well, you can remake them. Or at the very least, try and make one with the intended craftworld in the name of the thread... and those with the stuff down pat will be able to tell you the stuff you miss.
Craftworlds are dead! VIVA LA REVOLUTION!!!
Post your army lists in the ARMY LIST section! Not that hard!
well actualy i find Ilyden is actualy quite easy to field as alll you need is atleast one unit of ten wraithgaurd and a unit ofdire avengers and you have your troops. For your Hq just use a farseer.
Sam hain can still be used by using jet bikes as troops and haveing an autarch or farseer on jet bike.
Biel tan you can basicly field anyways , the only thing i wish is that i could still use my all scorpion army:cry:
so really you can use almost all of the craft world anyways:yes:
That's the whole point; they have made it so that you can make a very similar list to your 3rd Ed Craftworld one, BUT YOU HAVE MORE OPTIONS AS A BONUS! What're you all moaning about. I would recommend buying the Codex and reading it fully. :w00t:Originally Posted by hero

As for the rest of Ulthwe, it isn't that bad. Use Dire Avengers to represent Black Guardians, if you're so against normal Guardians - buy two Farseers, get two big squads of Warlocks. Things like that.
Lost Nemisis -
The codex is pretty open ended - I wouldn't be surprised if we see White Dwarf/PDF releases as they see how it all plays. Trying to get variety without our old friends from the cheese vault/craftworlds.
