And a note to you this should have gone under the Tyranid army lists not in the regular forums, nor do you need to put the stat line of your tyranids on the page, actually i think thats breaking the rules of what we can and can't do.
my opinion thats a lot of points into very few models that have really bad saves no matter how fast they move. guants work just as effectively and are much cheaper. keep the genestealers but take away the scything talons too many wasted points and your idea of the assault fex, he'll be lucky in a 1500pt game to see any fighting.

Find the 'edit' button at the bottom of your post and edit out all the stats and what the biomorphs do.
This is against forum rules because of infringing copyright laws.
So please watch out for that

Rending Claws are a terrible, terrible biomorph to give to MCs. They have an advantage (auto-wound on a 6), but your Carnifex is S10... you shouldn't have any problems wounding anything short of a C'Tan. Rending Claws do NOT provide 3d6 against Vehicles (they override the MC d6, which is actually harmful to your anti-tank ability (not that an enemy would let a CC'Fex get close to a tank)).
Crushing Claws are expensive and random, which means they're not very good. For their cost, you can have two sets of Scything Talons which are far more reliable (and cheaper).
Thornback wouldn't be necessary if you had more Gaunts to Tar Pit enemy squads.
Tusks are decent, but you have to make sure you'll get the charge (which isn't always possible with a slow Carnifex).
Tail Weapons are largely ineffective as well, because you don't get any bonus attacks until the second round of CC (and only if your opponent has to pile in and winds up with 4 models in base contact). Ideally, a CC Carnifex is a shock trooper, you throw him into fights where a lot of gaunts have pinned down the enemy, and use his attacks to shift the balance in your favor.
If you want to use a CC 'Fex, it needs AG(I) (so you'll act before Power Fists!).
You'll probably be better served with the more effective (and cheaper) Sniperfex (Enhanced Senses, Venom Cannon, Barbed Strangler, and one or two defensive biomorphs (Bonded Exoskeleton, Reinforced Chitin, or Extended Carapace (Bonded Exoskeleton and Reinforced Chitin tend to be the most useful)).
