From teh way I am reading the eldar codex I think it says that a striking scorpion exarch would be hitting at a strength 7 with his scorpions claw.
I think this is right because would the scorpions claw double his base strength and then the scorpion chainsword would add another +1 strength?
My apoligies if this has already been brought up and discussed.

no, you can not mix the effects of two different weapons other than getting the additional attack for having an extra ccw.I think this is right because would the scorpions claw double his base strength and then the scorpion chainsword would add another +1 strength?

That is not dead which may eternal lie,
for in strange aeons even death may die.
You may only use either the scorpion claw or the scorpion chainsword at the same time. Thus you'd only get one bonus. The shuriken pistol and either combo will give you +1 A
