Hi everyone this post is a post to determine the best harli squad. What do you prefer, a shadow seer, a troup leader, both, neither, kisses no kisses, amount in a squad, foot slogging, in a falcon, you chose and post it here
Note i do not want this thread to become closed because someone became to emotional about it, plz keep it mature and just say what you like and why, if you don't like someone elses ideas, plz do not be rude about it. rather ask them why they like it if you don't understand

Ok. First off, the shouting is not necessary.
I find that 6 harlequins (5 + shadowseer) all with kisses is the bes tconfiguration. For me.
1) I can put them in a falcon if that option is available.
2) The are relatively cheap enough that if they do get shot at/wiped out, I am not out a ridiculous amount of points
3) 6 Harlies with rending roll enough attack dice to virtually guarantee at least 1 rending shot. Which will put the ouch in just about everything.
4) Foot slogging is still a viable option with them, since they have a minimum 7-in threat range for assault. And no difficult terrain checks to slow you down. NICE.
* "I'm Significant!" -screamed the dust speck
* "Call me old fashioned, but an evil ascension to power just isn't the same without someone chanting faux Latin in the background."
For me , i like 4 harlies , a shadow seer, and death jester and a harlie with a fusion pistol
Advancing on foot, all have kisses.
It will be hard to shoot them and the death jester can shoot back and rend and pin them while the fusion pistol can destroy tanks that get too near or instant kill almost anything.
Besides that they all have Invul, move through cover and 2 attacks.
I like seeing someone else who thinks fusion pistols are a good idea, though I don't think they'll ever get in 2D6 for armor penetration range on foot. I would have a squad much like forsaken's riding in a Falcon, all with kisses and two with fusion pistols.
Kai Shin Craftworld (Biel Tan / Ulthwe) 5000 pts
Emperor's Children 2000 pts
Here is some mathhammer showing the effectiveness of kisses.
4 Harlequin with Troupe Master w/power weapon = 110 points
4 Harlequin w/kiss with Troupe Master w/power weapon= 126 points
The harlies will hit on 3's. They would on4's and give an armour save. On the charge the normal harlies with have 16 attacks. The Troupe leader has 5 attacks as a power weapon.
With kiss's: 16*.17+16*.83*.6*.5*.33+5*.67*.5=5.71
Now If they get charged or subsequent battle phases
Harlies will do: 12*.67*.33*.33+4*.67*.33=1.76
Harlies w/kiss: 12*.17+12*.83*.6*.33*.33+4*.67*.33=3.58
Kisses can near double the effectiveness of the harlies.
As for configuration, it depends on use:
1) For falcon use troupe leader and 5 harlies (as many kisses you can afford)
2) For running up the middle you will need to use a shadow seer.
4 harlequins /w kisses
Troupe Master /w power weapon
That troupe master is the equal of many other races HQ's (with meatshields instead of wounds). I'd trust him to take out a chapter master.
Shadowseer is there for plasma grenades and shooting resilience. Shadowseer is optional if you are strapped for points.

If anyone wants any kind of help writing fluff for any kind of GW army just ask.
I think 6 is probably the optimum number for harlies, with the kiss of course.
This way, they're a very real and tangible threat - people rightly fear them, BUT, if they get boltered to oblivion then it's not enough points to ruin your plans or the rest of your army.
Eldar have too many good choices to base their strategy around a single unit. Lucky poos that you are

It depends if it's a foot slogging unit or a falcon unit.
For the falcon unit I'm more the type to go with 6 harlies, all with kisses, one upgraded to shadow seer, for the plasma grenades if nothing else. If I have a large number of extra points floating around (I never have but maybe some day) I'll upgrade to a troupe master, but I doubt it.
Foot slogging I'll probably go with 10 harlies, 6 with kisses and one of those upgraded to shadow seer with a farseer following along behind fortuning them.
Everything I have told you, even this, is a lie.
