Answer: they have to cheat. By the way, a certain biker marine player in Greenville, SC needs a ride. Please call me if you get this message. You know who you are.
If you are looking for advice, I would recommend plenty of Crisis Suits fitted with Plasma and Fusion, as well as a high volume of shots (Fire Warriors, of course), and definitely Hammerheads with Ion Cannons. Every Biker downed is a huge loss to an army of Bikers, simply because they cost so many points per model.
While advice would be in order for a thread of this nature, what I really need is a ride. Besides, aren't Hammerheads probably the best things in that situation?
fusion blaster's and plasma guns i would say are your best bet, and seekers maybe- anything S8 is your friend
All of which makes me anxious, sometimes unbearably so
Two Hammerheads with Ion Cannons, supported by Pathfinders (to hit on a 2+, woo!) should do the trick... that's roughly one unit of Bikers (most come in groups of 3-5) gone per turn, not counting things like Fire Warriors, Crisis Suits, etc.
Piranha squads a very effective method for dealing with bikes, due to its offensive and defensive redundancies. They can slag those bikes with Fusion, pin and kill them with drones, then tie them up in assault with the same drones. After all that, they can block them with a skimmer wall, and are nearly immune to CC.

The pinning won't be too helpful, as most armies (Space Marines definitely included!) have a high enough Leadership characteristic to ignore those pinning checks, and this is especially true if a Captain or Master is included on the table.
The Fusion Guns would be good for the Pirahnas, especially when hunting characters on Bikes - inflicting instant-death is definitely nice. However, as it's a single shot, unless backed up by other Pirahnas or other units in the army, the skimmer will easily get toasted long before it makes up its points (unless it blasts a character, of course).
