I notice that the Hard-Wired Multi-Tracker is available in the Infantry armory in the Codex... What purpose does it serve? They don't have multiple weapons like XV-8s, and they don't have movement like HH/DF/SR, etc... So what can an infantry unit do with them?
what a strange combination...
nevertheless, more for us!
I admit this particular piece of war gear would have more effect if we should be graced with more weaponry options for our general infantry. At the moment it does seem that only the Marker light can benefit from the fact that infantry can take a multi.
On the other hand a Multi-tracker could do a lot more for the tau if they were willing to branch out. a "multi-tracker is a sophisticated fire controll system mounted in a sensor node" this theoretically means it could do just about anything to do with targeting and balistics.
It's something for you to think about, and send to GW.
