Hiya, another newbish question, but one i think i know the answer too.
When you 3 warlocks together, like with a farseer, do they all have to be exactly the same? So for example, you want a spiritseer, so they all must be seer's, and you must also take the same psychic power option for all 3.
I think the answer is yes but i just thought id ask anyway.
Also, if this is the case, what psychic power would you give your 3 warlocks? Looking over the choices id same only the template power was worth taking.
There is nothing that states they must be kitted out identically. For a 'seer council' type unit I would avoid certain warlock powers...like conceal, but you could have them all have destructor or you could have each one with a different power.
same goes for wargear (except if one is on a bike they all must be).

Like Frankmaneldar says but in a different manner:
Warlocks can all be equipped differently, this can be weapon wise or psychic power wise. However considering the Warlocks and Farseers invulnurable saves you'll find powers like conceal very rarely useable (Such rare occasions where you would want conceal in a Farseer and his Warlock bodygaurd squad is when you're fighting Deamon Hunters, who have an array of weapons that ignor a models invulnurable save.)
Typically Enhanced is taken to improve the squads combat potential, form there it's really just miz and match to your favour. Singing Spears are good for dealing with vehicles from long range, an advantage to this is when you want to destroy a Skimmer, which can be very hard to hit with Witch Blades.
