I have recently gotten a Fire Dragon Squadron Boxed Set (4 dragons, 1 exarch)
for my army and i was wondering if I could put a Warlock in with the squadron .
I was planning on putting the squadron in a Falcon. ???
no only guardian defenders, jetbike, stormers and wraithguard can have warlocks attached to them to those squads they are effectively their exarch you can however attach a farseer to the squad though he cannot have a bodyguard and a seers skill really arn't that compatable with the dragoons feild role
"take my love, take my land, take me to where i cannot stand, i don't care i'm still free you can't take the sky from meee" ;- firefly
"i'm gonna grant you your greatest wish i'm gonna show you a world without sin" ;- serentiy
"I am a leaf on the wind, watch how i soar" ;- serenity
yeah sorry mate but warlocks aren't independent characters so they can't go where they want. They have to stay with the squad they are assigned to in army selection.
Check out my Codex: Farmyard Animals here!
If anyone wants any kind of help writing fluff for any kind of GW army just ask.
The falcon thing is a good idea though. If possible you'll probably want a sixth dragon.
Thanks for your help!
I was told by someone that having a warlock would be a
good choice for my squad.
it would, cover saves would help, but it isnt legal
Everything you have been told is a lie!
