Anyway, i am starting orks and i need a army that can beat marines, win against kroot mercs/ Eldar, and Survive against Tau shooting.
I know this is a kind of tall order, but any help is appreciated
Being a member of the Kult of Speed, I may be biased here. My favorite method to date for beating the shooty armies has been with speed freaks. Loads of boyz on truks with buggies for support rushing in. You lose some of the numbers compared to a footslogging force, but the ability to get them into CC by turn 2 means less rounds of enemy fire. For space marines, equip a lot of the boyz with burnas to negate their armor save and throw in some skarboyz (str 4 is pretty nifty). That's the base from which I usually build, but there are many army lists out there that can be just as effective. Good luck!

"Arrrr, now yung'un, wot yooz gotz ta unnastand iz dat orkses nevva looz--we jus' decides ta take a breava an let 'em off da hook now an den.
So ya wantz ta know 'ow we beatz da tin boyz, da panzies, and dem puny littul blue gitz? Dat'z real simpul. Ya shootz da choppy wunz and bashes da shooty wunz. Makez shur ya gotz ya choppa wiv ya at all timez. An iz good ta ave da biggest shoota, like me. An rememba ta alwayz go fur da big wunz furst, cuz when ya crump dere Bosses, ya git ta put more glyphs on ya banna and yur skarboyz is gonna fink twice 'fore takin a swipe at ya.
Iz fun ta ride on trukkz or bikez, but if yooz gotz ta leg it, makez shur dat ya 'av lodza grots runnin' in frunt o ya. Dem littul blue gitz don' av much fight 'n em, but deyz got good shootas, got ta giv'm dat!"

My advice is to read the Orks Tactica and then wait for the new codex before you commit to any major purchases or conversions. Stick to Slugga Boyz and elites, and give them a good Grot screen. Dreadz are good distractors, but you need more than one. I like trukk mobs and bikers, but those models will probably be the first to get upgraded when the new codex comes out--so you may want to wait on those if you don't already have them.
And I personally love Kannonz, because they're Orky!
