Looks like the standard back carapace and the spore cysts... there are some pretty good pictures in the codex actually.
Good luck with your carni and if you figure out a good way to fit both a VC and a BS to it lemme know how you did it my current sniperfexes look crappy as hell.
First pic, left to right, top to bottom: Crushing claws, spinebanks, spore cysts.
Second pic, left to right: extended carapace (all four pieces on the left middle), scything talons, toxin sacs (the bits between the two scything talons), adrenal gland (either type, the thing in the bottom right corner of the bottom left square).
Last pic, starting on the left side and moving down: thornback spines, scything talons, and (left to right pairings) standard head, bioplasma head, acid maw head.
Last pic, right side going left to right and then moving down: tusked head, regeneration head (one half, must be used with the standard head), mace tail (just beneath the regeneration head), bonded exoskeleton (the Y thing), scythe tail, and an extra blade/spine (used for thornback or tusked, or whatever).
That clear it up for ya?

i hav had no problem mounting the strangler on top and the VC on the bottom of my three fexes. on the tyrants that i have i dont mount the strangler but i do magnetize my big nids and to get the giant feed vein's to fit properly i have gently heated them with a lighter flame until they were soft and then the magnets pulled them into place properly and held them till they hardened. lit one of my tl devourers on fire thought and it took some heavy puffing to put the flames out so that it wouldnt burn the whole lot up. cant tell now though since it is painted etc.
My warriors, trained in the fires of battle, plunged into their welling blood as into a river. I filled the plain with the corpses of their warriors like herbage. In their terror they fled passing scalding urin and voiding excrement in their wake.
To get that Living Artillery look, you could convert the crushing claws into extra stabilizing 'legs'. Big guns might make even a 'fex blow over backwards. You could also use this with a left hand BS/ RH VC set up, if you feel like converting the arms. The Biovore-style weaponry is a neat idea. An extended barrel might be cool, too, so the 'fex goes from assault beast to living howitzer.
Or do the starship troopers thing and do a major conversion to his @$$, firing butt-first.
Do not meddle in the affairs of Tyranids, for you are crunchy, and good with ketchup.
