Welcome to Librarium Online!
I got a killa kan just recently, and I was looking around at the model. The two main body pieces are supposed to overlap into each other. But they don't quite fit together. I've heard this isn't uncommon, so could I ask anybody if they have a solution to the problem. BTW, I checked the search function, but it wasn't working for me. Also, does anyone one know where I can obtain a rokkit launcha. Mine came with a skorcha, but I'd prefer the rokkit launcha to fit with my army list
And this is unrelated, but it is only a short question: Is there any way to obtain Nob powerklaws, or scratchbuild them?

ok powerklaws, just get SM power fist, or a squad of termies for the fist. (wasted)
and my friend has a KK, I'll ask him later
Create flames for a galaxy and it will be warm. Put a galaxy in flames and it will be warm for the rest of it's existence.
I had the same problem with about 1 of my 3 kans. I can't remember exactly what I did (as this was roughly a year ago), but I remember simply cutting the connecting pieces until both were flush, then gluing it together without the reinforcement. Basically just fiddle with it until they fit together well enough.
As for a rokkit, I've heard you can make some decent looking ones out of pen caps and some plasticard. however I usually just like to take the end of a IG hunter-killer missile and use that. Course I was able to get a few of a friend and I also have a fair number of guard tanks so it was fairly simple to do so.
As for the powerclaw. You can also do bits orders either online or from your local store to get the standard nob claw. Alternatively there is ebay, or space marine powerfists as mentioned by Rannon, however if you have some plasticard and a bit of experience you can customize your own without too many problems. Baring that you can also use bitz you have lying around, such as spare choppas and fiddly bitz and craft them into a nifty claw (after severing you nobz hand)
Also will you be using the metal nob models or simply using standard boyz to represent nobz?

I have a liking for the metal nob. Also, I think I was jsut able to make my own PK. Piece of wood, and couple of bits from a WH Warboss make a convincing enough claw. Not sure how it would paint, but It should go good.

You can get a nob with a power claw you just have to search though the blisters in the shop and the same with the killa kan with rokkit launcha, they should be a blister withit just search real hard for it.
For the gaps use green stuff and trim the metal.

With the kans your best bet is to clib off the raised bits of the inside then just glue the 2 sides together. Out of my 3 kans, 1 went together the way they were supposed to. I've found if you green stuff the sides it looks a little better.
As for the rockets i'd recommend using any available rockets from the ravenwing bike sprue. each bike sprue comes with a set of typhoon rockets which will work good, also if you biz order the whirlwind sprue which gives you a nice amount of missiles to play with.
40K-Beakies(9-14-4),Guard(4-7-2),Orks(34-12-11). FANTASY-Dwarves(15-6-7),Beasts (14-14-1), Skaven (17-17-10) DoC (6-1-2). CYGNAR (28-15-1)
Mind you, it was a very careful application of said hammer, but after a day or so of fiddling around with the problem it was the only solution that solidly worked. The only side-effect was that one of the raised "bolts" on the front of the can was squashed semi-flat. But honestly, when you look at the painted model you can't even really tell it was ever meant to be any other way.
