I am playing a 3600 points battle soon and I would like to know if it is legal to use a 0-1 choice like lictors, zoantropes or biovores in both force organization charts. So like 6 lictors, 6 zoans and 6 biovores in an army. Codex says army not FOC. But I bet GW rarely plays games with more than 2000 points. What do you think about this?

if you're essentially using two forces you can double the choices so you could have 6 Zoas,6 lictors, 6 biovores, etc

yep, hes right, if your using to force organisation charts then technically your fielding 2 armies so you can use all those biovores, lictors and zoanthorpes.

Good luck in the battle, who are you facing and what scenario?

Im facing 2000 points Ultramarines, breakthrough mission, major offensive. Before you say unfair, unfair. It´s an campaign. We move armies over a hexmap and a tyranid hive fleet just invaded the planet.

Sounds very nice!
Always wanted to do a hexmap campaign but always seemed to get a bit complicared.
Best of luck! I'm sure you'll slaughter those blue marineys.

Will be a tough fight however. I know my oppenent, lots of missle launcher, laser cannons and plasma guns. Will be tough. But well, no risk, no fun.

I am not sure about size, pretty big I think. My side will have water from 4 to 12 inch deep. I am assaulting a major city of my opponent, so probably heavy cover and fortifications. Thursday is D-Day. Maybe I have enough time to write a battlereport.

I'm going to disagree here. According to the "Rulebook Clarifications" FAQ on the GW website, unless the armies in the different FOCs are different armies (like 2 different chapters of SMs), you are still under the 0-1 limit. However, if your opponent were OK with it, I guess you could say that each Tyranid FOC were from a different Hive Fleet, and then you could take multiple 0-1 choices.
