Welcome to Librarium Online!
So far of the 9 armies i know will be in the tournament, 7 are marines, 1 is fairly pure witch hunter and me an eldar. There are 40 slots so I assume there will be more diversity than that.
What do you guys suggest for an anti marine list?
Hmm...I would say use Dark Reapers, Harlequins, Shining Spears, Fire Prisms, Falcons. Those are the main anit-MEQ units for Eldar IMO.

Ok, some general comments on army selection :
A Farseer with Doom is a must, it really helps out against T4 marines.
A squad of harlequins in a wave serpent with starcannons + Shuriken cannon is a good elite slot.
A squad of fire dragons in a falcon is another good and versatile combo. You don´t need the exarch or any upgrades to the squad, just give the falcon holo-field and spirit stones.
As for troops, dire avengers and pathfinders are both good. Small jetbike squads can dart danger and claim objectives and win you games.
Shining spears are good if you use them right, but will attract a lot of enemy attention.
War Walkers with scatter lasers are good against both troop squads and transport vehicles.
I find that Dark Reapers are boring to play with, and against. Yes, they kill marines in droves if deployed right and the enemy lacks counter-measures. But come on, you are the eldar, outmanouver and drive him crazy instead! Sitting still and shooting is for IG and Iron Warriors, not the clever Eldar..!
Currently painting and playing Waaaaagh Bigtoof 40k and Aeronautica Imperialis.
my son has yet to manage to get his harleys into combat with me
tourneys have a tendancy to play into the powergame world, harleys represent the possibility of a good return but do carry a reasonable risk that a decent general will deal with them, non eldar players, imho often underestimate the worry of an eldar commander using harleys
Everything you have been told is a lie!
