Very good prices, very good selection (updated constantly), and very fast delivery (my orders took 3 days from order placement to door every time). Also the fact the proprietor responds to E-mails very quickly, I highly recommend this site.

So I get charged an extra couple of bucks on top of the normal price, and I say to myself okay I can live with that. What makes matters worse is half of my stuff doesn’t arrive and several emails later I find out that it’s not in stock. I can forgive that. What I cannot forgive is when my package arrives torn to shreds and some of what I ordered is missing. What’s worse is this schmuck won’t even offer a refund for that. Granted it’s only $10 lost, but still store credit would have been at least somewhat palatable.

Granted the selection and price are excellent, the quality varies as much of it is used so it’s definitely WYSIWYG. I guess it’s more of a buy at your own risk situation, however I doubt that my situation is the norm. I have ordered through chaosorc before, and continue to do so, but I do feel that for whatever reason the quality of service has been declining in recent months.

Ive bought from Chaos Orc several times. He is a great guy and really has his stuff together. He is prompt in shipping out orders. And the prices are great too! Theres alot of little treasures if you look around! Such as OOP models etc.

Andrew at ChaosOrc has always been reliable, honest, and quick – three traits that are rare to find in retailers. His prices are very good and the product range diverse.

I highly recommend ChaosOrc, having spent an obscene amount of money (around $1500) on the site over the past few years and NEVER being disappointed.

I’ve ordered before, and I went back to order, and the page was down. I e-mailed a notice, and got a reply within hours. I’ve ordered nearly $1k worth of stuff from him, and by that calculation, saved about $250-300 bucks overall. Now I’m getting on the site to order more stuff!

The price, the shipping, and the (at least in my experience) awesome customer service is what keeps me coming back. Awesome!

International buyers note first – the store will charge you an additional paypal amount above the 6.5 USD flat quote. this is to cover the international shipping charges.

Apart from that a nice site with easy use.

I have been wanting to make an online purchase for some time. I was very skeptical and changed my mind on where I wanted to buy from several times. I found chaosorc.com and was immediately interested because of their low prices. This made me increasingly apprehensive. I found them in a few forums; Ex: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/213168.page and after reading all of the seemingly genuine positive feedback I decided to place an order. I placed it on July 17th. I received an email with a link so I was able to track it. After the weekend mind you, I received my order on the 23rd. Everything was there and intact. Overall I saved thrity dollars compared to retail. As far as I am concerned I will use them again.

This site, despite complaints of poor international service, is simply the best games-ordering-site I’ve found in the US. I’ve used nearly every other one you may have heard of, but it’s Chaosorc I keep going back to.
