Even though they have reduced prices the lack of service and length of time it takes to get things is ridiculous which to me negates any savings I may have. On one order they shipped only part of the order (i.e. were missing quite a large amount of figures), while on another order they did not even ship the order and did not respond to emails. If you are going to be late with shipping or are unable to fulfill an order in a timely fashion then at least inform the person so they can make alternate arrangements for the product. Also if you charge someone's credit card then you better be able to fill an order. The only reason quality of products gets a 5star is that they are the standard figures from GW which I cannot make any bad statement about. I love these guys. They have almost everything and at reduced prices. Since they are in BC I save on the provicial tax as well.
