My orders with Maelstrom Games have arrived quickly and expediently, considering. I have paid, overall, less than I would buying the same stuff at my local store, and that despite the purchase being shipped internationally.

The rating for customer service was based on the fact that it was completely unnoticable - no source of grief, i.e. working just as it should.

All in all, the only reason I buy stuff from anywhere else is that they don’t stock the full GW lineup.
