My orders with Maelstrom Games have arrived quickly and expediently, considering. I have paid, overall, less than I would buying the same stuff at my local store, and that despite the purchase being shipped internationally.
The rating for customer service was based on the fact that it was completely unnoticable – no source of grief, i.e. working just as it should.
All in all, the only reason I buy stuff from anywhere else is that they don’t stock the full GW lineup.
Perfectly good webstore that is cheap and has never let me down. Normally my first port of call for warhammer stuff.
Maelstrom seem very good value and despatch quite quickly.
A lot of stuff comes next day but my Citadel Game Board (posted First Class) took 3 days to come but thats probably more the Royal Mails fault.
Customer service is good but they seem slow to respond to quieries and sometimes dont get back to you at all.
