If you are a TheWarStore customer I will do my best to make you happy. And that does not mean throwing around simple slogans, platitudes, or buzz words. In concrete terms my “Customer First” policies define what a TheWarStore shopping experience should be like:

Positives
I’ve used The War Store on a number of occasions, speaking with both Neil himself, and with his employees. They were pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about the products that I asked about. They shipped out each order immediately and when it arrived it was well packaged.
Negatives
I only gave the product quality an average rating since it is retail and only minimally influenced by the retailer. I also knocked a point off of ease of use since they can’t post a cart due to GW rules, but also because I had to go back to GW’s site in order to reference numbers and prices.
In all fairness, the negatives are largely the fault of GW and not something that an independent retailer can do anything about. Overall, I was quite happy with them and will be ordering from them again.

I’ve bought from The Warstore several times. Each time, the items were shipped in 2 days. Ordering GW items is simple, just list the names of the items in the box at checkout. Everything I’ve ordered arrived in perfect condition.

As stated on their site the shipping was fast (well within 48 hrs). and the package arrived in mint condition well protected with foam flocks. If you’re an international customer like me (US -> the Netherlands) don’t expect much from the UPS tracking code since it only states that the package is underway and offers no real added value tracking-wise. It took a total of 7 days for the package to arrive
The clipping from the sprue was done perfectly, go weird gaps or tears, even on the smaller and fragile bits so a big plus there.
Overall opinion: love the store and service.
Have ordered a number of items and even though i’m living over seas, they are more than happy to work with special shipping needs, and everything shows up in a timely manner and safely packaged.
I have been using The Warstore as my main ‘gaming and mini’ provider, for almost 10 years now. My first purchases were just over the phone, before they had the fancy shopping cart, and I felt that I was an important customer then, as I still do now.
The staff always answer my e-mail questions quickly, I’ve never had a dispute or even a delay, and I have ordered LOTS from here.
The low prices, reasonable shipping, and ease of use of the site are all perks, but it is the excellent customer service that keeps me coming back. Brick and mortar stores take note! Neil and the rest of the WarStore gang are doing what many of you can’t, AND still offering deep discounts.
The Warstore used to be tops a few years ago. Lately, though, the service has been slow and the shipping has gotten more expensive. Don’t bother to write an emailing asking why it took so long to ship a product. They just ignore it.
You’d to well to consider other online stores that still care about keeping their customers.
The warstore has been the only place I get my minis. I’ve been shopping there for over a year now and simply can’t find anything bad to say. The shipping is fast and cheap and the service is exceptional. I’ve had several questions answered within 24 hours. I would recommend Neal and his gang any day.
