I have brought a few items from this company, and their customer service is really second to none. Any breakages or problems are sorted as quick as possible and they are willing to listen to feed back. So much so that they have redesigned one of their ships and changed the way their items are packaged.

To date I have placed three separate orders with the company (totalling around £600), and as per the previous comment the service has been outstanding. Goods have arrived promptly, well packed and as described. All communications/enquiries have been answered promptly and I highly recommend them.
This is the store that persuaded me to bite the bullet and order the Citadel Realm of Battle gameboard – it was cheaper than any other site I could find! Order went through without a hitch, so very happy with them.
After the website told me my order is available for dispatch and ordering next day delivery, I find it takes 3 days until my order is shipped and that they dont hold any stock, but infact act as a middleman for distribution. Thus, the site is misleading and will not ship “immediately” as they state. Refusing to refund my “next day courier” delivery.
Great service, great prices, fast shipping to Germany (3 days only), simply an excellent opportunity to get the favorite toys.

I have been waiting for 8 days now on the 6th they my order status changed to waiting for stock. I had to pay with my sisters debit card because the site wasn’t able to take mine.Before the order I wrote a couple of emails and they answered by saying they will let me know how much is the fee for shipping to my country. I didn’t get the answer for the fee and I didn’t get any other email. I was expecting a better service. How come they you guys have a new store but don’t have the items I need for almost 10 days now. I am still waiting for some notice about my order.
If you’re in the US it could take up to a month for you to get your products. On top of that I believe when it gets here they are carried by the USPS, who tend to damage packages, thus the box you get will tend to be dented, torn, messed up in some way or another, but usually the contents are okay.
The key thing about them is that since they are based in the UK they are already cheaper than the US GW’s store (check the UK’s converted prices, everything is a good 5~10% off) and since they don’t actually stock anything they can sell the items to you just over the discounted cost companies get. Just about all their items on any day of the week are 30~40% off the US GW’s costs.
The wait may be long, extremely long, but it is well worth it.
Excellent site, saved thirty percent off the GW price and delivered in three days. Would definately use them again. P&P was less than i expected too.

excellent site,i got my order within 5 days and excellent customer service.this was my 4th order without any problems.
Great prices, even with the exchange rate to dollars. I have ordered from there twice, and the first time it took about 20 days to get my order. I ordered about the time the Valkyrie/ Imperial Guard stuff came out, so I guess they were flooded with orders. Then, the second time, it took about 8 days. THe wait is definitely worth it, since the products are great. Exactly what I ordered, bubble-wrapped and sealed.
Me and some mates have placed three orders at this shop. In all three cases there has been 2-3 weeks waiting time before the order arrived.
The reason could be that the orders have been quite large each time (200£+), but the website says 2-7 days delivery time for items out of stock.. And that’s not even close to 3 weeks
